Solar energy for gates

Imagine the situation: you’ve finished landscaping your property – laid beautiful paving, planted a lawn… and suddenly realize you forgot to run an electrical cable to the entrance gate.

This is a nightmare for any homeowner. Usually, there are two options: either dig up the new paving and trench the ground, ruining the landscaping, or open the gate manually in the rain.

Saving your finished landscape

The main advantage of this technology isn’t saving electricity, but saving construction work.

Running a cable to a remote gate (for example, at the entrance to a cottage village or farm) can cost more than the automation itself – hundreds of meters of trenching, expensive armored cable, and protective conduits.

A solar panel system provides automation without connecting to the city power grid. You simply place the gate in an open area, attach a small panel to the column – and everything works. Installation takes a few hours instead of days of digging.

Green energy and independence

Besides convenience, this contributes to ecology – using green energy reduces your home’s carbon footprint.

You also gain full independence from power outages. If the electricity goes out in the entire neighborhood due to a storm, your neighbors will open their gates manually. Yours will keep working – they have their own mini power station.
